A new kind of lottery game.

Alpha-bet website, including it’s webmail, credentials and passwords are completely owned by the Owner (Yves Segers, “ABL26”, Gent, Belgium).
The Owner has given the Author of the website, ATEC TECHNOLOGIES, the sole written permission to use and showcase the development of the alpha-bet website on https://atec.rs/reference/?lang=en, determined as the portfolio of ATEC only.
Taking into account that Mr. Segers instructed the Author to maintain and create the works, and have them daily or frequently updated (as requested) by the Author, Mr. Segers is considered to be the sole holder of all the (transferable) rights included in the copyright of the Author,
The Following has been agreed:
The Author confirms that all intellectual property rights on the Works, including the property rights and copyrights on the Works themselves belong solely to Mr. Segers in their most complete form.
Mr. Segers will be the exclusive proprietor of those rights and works. This includes all Works developed by the Author that were commissioned by Mr. Segers as they exist from the moment they are created. This transfer is definite, irrevocable and unconditionally.
The transferred rights are unlimitedly transferred, for the whole duration of the protection term of said right, for the whole world.
